Job summary

We are looking for a confident and engaging Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is not only excellent at customer interaction but also enjoys being on camera and interacting with audiences through social media. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for both direct support and online engagement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins
Resolve complaints, provide information, and guide customers on services/products
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Host and appear in engaging videos for social media
Create on-camera content to promote new services, products, or special events
Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging posts and stories

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or any related field
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions
A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
Comfortable speaking on camera and creating engaging content
Patient, polite, and problem-solving attitude
